Personal and Organizational Change

Which audience do you fit into?

1.) Student transformation (Jr. high, high school, college, clubs or other groups)

Simulations fuse prior studies and relationships together through application and teamwork. Participants not only experience a new level of personal aptitude in the scenario topic, but the by-products of a good simulation include new levels of desire, character and independence.

2.) Organizational transformation; in businesses, governments, religions, educational institutions (admin and faculty) and families

These institutions represent the 5 societal functions that tend to meet together in councils. Scenarios can be tailored to the needs of the organization or chosen from the simulation archive. Probably the greatest benefit to organizations is the new awareness and energy produced.

Part of the goal of a simulation is to challenge assumptions, open up new possibilities, find new meaning, enhance teamwork and increase the overall productivity of a group. People come away form an event more familiar with the way other people see things and prepared to tackle daily challenges as a team.

Simulations Institute is a founding member of the STORI Foundation and benefits from the principles and forms pioneered by STORI organizations. Learn more at www.STORIfoundation.org
